Returns & Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is our top priority! If for any reason you are not completely in love with your item(s), you may return it within 14 days from the date you received your item.

Returned item(s) must be returned in it's original condition. 

On fully refunded item(s), return shipping will be the responsibility of customer. 

 

Prior to returning your item(s), please send an email to returns@channingscouture.com  with the following information:

 

Invoice Number

Name

Reason for return/exchange

Indicate what item you wish to exchange for(if applicable)

All returns should be shipped via USPS, First Class Mail

Once items are received and inspected, a credit will be issued to your original form of payment, within 30 days.  If you wish to receive your refund in the form of a store credit, please indicate when returning and we will reimburse you for the return shipping cost. 

Once the transaction is complete, we will send you an email to the email address provided.

What forms of payment do you except?

Channing & Co accepts Mastercard, Visa & Discover in addition to Pay Pal.

 

How are orders shipped?

All orders are shipped via USPS, first class mail

If you would like a different shipping method, contact us and we will get it worked out for you. *Additional fees may apply*

 

How often are orders shipped?

Most orders will ship within 24-48 hours of placing your order. ( Unless it is made to order, then it can take 2-14 days for shipment) Email notifications are sent out once the order has been shipped.

 

Repairs

We understand that things happen due to normal wear & tear. If you have an item that is in need of repair, please contact us at: repairs@channingscouture.com

We will happily fix any repairs you may have at no cost to you. The only thing we ask is that you pay the return shipping cost for an item in need of repair.
